Starting in 2026, INA members who complete a study survey will receive a complimentary access to the INA Salary & Benefits Report, which is published every June and provides critical insights organizations can use to remain competitive when crafting pay and benefits policies.

This survey generally takes just 30 minutes to complete, depending on the number and diversity of employees within your organization.
The survey involves questions about staff positions, pay types, pay amounts, benefits offered, company/employee funding benefit splits, and more. Access to your organization's payroll information & reports will be required to accurately answer survey questions.
