Salary & Benefits Study

Take a few minutes to help us collect valuable data to help guide the continued growth of the Iowa nonprofit sector. This data helps organizations maintain competitive compensation, offer appealing benefits, and allows our sector track statewide trends over time.

Free for INA Members

Starting in 2026, INA members who complete a study survey will receive a complimentary access to the INA Salary & Benefits Report (anticipated release August/September).  Non-INA members who complete the survey will receive a 50% discount off the anticipated $360 retail price.

Contribute Data to the Study

Our annual nonprofit sector salary & benefits study explores pay and benefits trends across the sector. The more data contributed to the study, the better the report quality.

 

This survey generally takes just 30 minutes to complete, depending on the number and diversity of employees within your organization.

 

The survey involves questions about staff positions, pay types, pay amounts, benefits offered, company/employee funding benefit splits, and more. Access to your organization's payroll information & reports will be required to accurately answer survey questions.
